Using the game

You may use GridNoir for personal entertainment. You must not tamper with the app, abuse remote services or attempt to access non-public systems.

Content and ownership

GridNoir, its brand, artwork, original levels, text and code belong to Racorway or its licensors. No license is granted to redistribute the game or its assets outside store terms.

GridNoir Premium and purchases

GridNoir Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically and does not create recurring charges.

Once the purchase is validated, Premium provides immediate access to all levels available in GridNoir, unlimited hints and an ad-free experience.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. The final price, currency, taxes and payment or refund terms are those shown by the store and are governed by its policies and applicable law.

Premium ownership depends on the store account used to make the purchase, not on a GridNoir user account. The purchase can be restored on compatible devices using the same store and store account. It cannot be transferred between stores, platforms or different accounts.

If the store approves a refund, records a chargeback, revokes the transaction or determines that the purchase is invalid, Premium access may be removed.

“Lifetime” means that the GridNoir Premium license has no expiration date or recurring payments. It does not guarantee indefinite availability of the app, its online services, or compatibility with future devices or operating systems.

Rewarded ads

Some optional features may be unlocked by watching rewarded ads. Ad availability depends on third parties and can vary.

We try to keep the game and level catalog working properly, but interruptions, errors or content changes may occur.
